1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Reworfidan's photography services and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
Reworfidan provides professional photography services including but not limited to:
- Portrait photography
- Wedding photography
- Commercial photography
- Landscape photography
- Event photography
3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Booking Process
- All bookings require a signed contract and deposit
- Booking dates are secured only upon receipt of deposit
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason
3.2 Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
- Final payment is due within 30 days of service completion
- Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 Client Cancellation
- Cancellations more than 30 days before the event: 50% deposit refund
- Cancellations 15-30 days before: 25% deposit refund
- Cancellations less than 15 days before: No refund
4.2 Rescheduling
- First rescheduling is free if done more than 30 days in advance
- Additional rescheduling may incur fees
- Subject to photographer availability
5. Photography Rights and Usage
5.1 Client Rights
- Clients retain full ownership of commissioned photographs
- Clients receive high-resolution digital files as agreed in contract
- Clients may print and share photos for personal use
5.2 Photographer Rights
- We retain the right to use photos for portfolio and marketing purposes
- We may watermark photos used for promotional purposes
- We respect client privacy and will obtain permission for marketing use
6. Delivery and Timeline
- Wedding photos: Delivered within 6-8 weeks
- Portrait sessions: Delivered within 2-3 weeks
- Commercial projects: Timeline agreed upon in contract
- Sneak peeks may be provided within 48-72 hours
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for:
- Equipment failure or technical issues beyond our control
- Circumstances preventing us from performing services (weather, venue restrictions, etc.)
- Lost or corrupted data due to third-party services
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy. We maintain confidentiality of all client information and event details.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Arbitration under Ontario law if mediation fails
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Toronto, Ontario.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
